Tehuacán
Tehuacán is a city, municipality and municipal seat located in the southeast of the Mexican State of Puebla, located 130 km from the city of Puebla, 257 km from the city of Mexico and 321 km from the city of Oaxaca, at an altitude of 1,676 meters, semi-warm and semi-dry climate. The population according to the 2010 census, is 274,906 coupled with inhabitants that the city has a small metropolitan area formed by the auxiliary boards of San Pedro Acoquiaco, San Nicolás Tetitzintla, San Lorenzo Teotiplico, Santa María Coapan, San Diego Chalma, Santa Cruz Acapa and San Pablo Tepetzingo, which total a population of 316.533 inhabitants cabe remember that Santa Ana Teloxtoc Santa Catarina Otzolotepec, San Cristóbal Tepeteopan, Magdalena Cuayucatepec, as well as San Marcos Necoxtla are also part of the city although geographically are more away
